    Well no their Hong Kong presentation stated that Q2 the CS would be finalised and the SS started and SS finished in Q3.

    The CS isn't finished so I doubt we will see the SS at the end of sept unless it the CS is done by the end of the month.

    SS can't begin without the CS if I'm not mistaken. This also leads to a JV not being discussed for a while possibly.
