Although diluting does decrease sp value, sp movement upon a cr depends totally on what the cr is for. If required for debt of course the sp would sink. If for growth totally different story and sp moves north usually.

When SDL and BMN this year last issued a cr the price lifted well. Then dropped back near what the offer was months later. Just 2 examples of many.

I agree though good news regarding fi partner and drill date are more important atm for moving sp.
