Hi MMM,

Considering the financial mess we're in, we'll go faster than 3 years and higher than $1.00 + IMHO (always)

The factors as I see them ...

1. PGI is undervalued as is.

2. The money printing will go crazy as will the gold price, and more so PM shares.

3. China orders will go down and the AUD will nosedive.

(I remember what happened in 2000 when my AUD's got me nowhere in the states -- I got about 50 US cents for my dollar -- likely to happen again IMHO).

When the PM's and shares give us what we want, we'll return to real estate when it dips.

That's the personal plan.

And yes, I'll ignore the manipulating grubs. :o)
