Is there a legal eagle that can suggest what charge could be laid against the asx for failing to provide a level trading field? I.e s.52 of trade practices act - misleading and deceptive conduct? I reckon you could get a no win no fee action started on the grounds of discrimination.
I also intend to ask comsec why we are not allowed to trade in parcels smaller than their $500 minimum which should provide some clues and hopefully some ammunition.
