    Q just had a look at the pattern of trading and agree with you about the 39 shares being traded by presumably a BOT.
    From a self educated guess I would say the BOT is not pushing the price down, but allowing someone to accumulate, if you look at most transactions the next price after the 39 move, is an upward move of half a cent.
    No matter, tis an excellant day for SIR holders.
