However, as the year draws to an end we now expect little over 10kt being delivered from the projects. This 70% lower than forecast (Figure 7) delivery has been driven by some noteworthy projects that have slipped on delivery: Orocobre’s Olaroz, Galaxy’s Mt. Cattlin, Albemarle’s LaNegra and Neometals’ Mt. Marion. This presents a key question for future supply (Figure 4) as to whether actual delivery from the growing list of publicized projects can actually be achieved"
