    Why wait till July to confirm manipulation?

    A stock can either go by FA or TA.
    Assuming FA is not good, then at least TA should work.
    In CCC's case, the manipulation is so ripe THEY are not even giving up TA take it's "natural" course.

    As long as transparency and timliness is NOT there, MANIPULATION will NOT stop.
