But good to see that Malawi can manage to draw this sort of funding after all the grief it has gone thru.
Some sort of hope for the apparently stable Botswana at least - and maybe a bit of a push for their neighbors to keep it calm too.
As quoted "Malawi will make $8 million a year in fees from the concession".

Berlin wall came down, China opened its doors, Hong Kong "given back", USSR split.... bigger and bolder things than a railway have happened in the past.
We will have to wait and see. =)
