If CCC finishes below 50c come Feb 2013 then they are worthless - unless there is an agreement to extend the life of the options, for which there are a number of precedents. There will likely be a re-issuing fee attached, and probably a facility for CCC holders to participate, perhaps in a rights issue to buy re-issued options.
