Fluctuations in the coal price and short term tax loss selling are not the only reasons the sp is where it is.
Looks like many people are in denial about ccc.
Poor communication over the last couple of years and a failure to stick to time frames over a long period of time have helped.
It will take a change of attitute by management and another 18 months for them to get this thing going until then we must all wait!!
