    Hi Rod, bit more thoughts on this. There are two opinions on when eskom fall off the cliff with mpumalanga coal.

    Eskom say its between 2015 and 2018, the Coal Road map guys say its mid 2020's, however this opinion envisages every last nut of coal being mined in Witbank before taking waterberg coal. This view is short sighted and impractical and the best option for Eskom is to start taking Waterberg coal down south by 2015, your two year window.

    remember it takes at leats two years to get a mine up and running.
