Just go back to the substantial holder notices and you can clearly see it's UBS manipulating the price like they are with AMP.

PTM being supposed "smart money" allowing this, the only conclusion I can come to is they are paying UBS to drag it lower.

Look at the chart and you can even see how it's being dumped, moved back up to manipulate (to not set off oversold indicators) the chart and dumped again.

Every day in the depth there is a 180,000 prop sell that keeps being moved 3 or 4 cents above the current price.

The 3 consecutive substantial holder announcements they triggered over 3 days being so sloppy is evidence enough.

Price action since those 3 becoming, no longer and becoming substantial notices has followed the same pattern every day.

The 5 gap downs when the chart tried to reverse, prior to the 20% block sale at $3 were equally sloppy, but not UBS.

Theres just too many convenient occurrences and patterns (it's declined 50% in a straight line over 6 months without *any* randomness in the chart) that it is impossible for it to be "funds under management" when such a drop has never occured before.

If funds under management have always been declining, why has it ever moved up and why was it at *double* the market cap only 6 months prior?

Even if it was only insiders knowing she was planning on selling that 20% stake, something untoward has been taking place for months with either disinterest or encouragement from PTM itself.

Clumsy fingerprints are all over the chart left as evidence, with the "selling" only intensifying literally as the market enters ideal conditions that PTM hedged for?
