No, I am saying that I know through personal connections of a total of ~5.5m shares that haven't been sold during the decline.
Perhaps that statement can be misinterpreted because those positions actually grew to a total of around 5.5m over that decline.
ie 5.5m that can be added today into that portion of shareholders not selling over the decline, but buying or holding.
