~1Tcf GIP on 7% of one lease out of five, with a European gas price of 5+ Euro / Mcf; 16 mil in the bank (enough to put the first trial wells into production)... Gee, I don't know about you, but they don't sound like bad financials to me. (and I get the impression you're going to be stumped by half the abbreviations above).

Jiggy, go to the European gas website, download and READ the presentation given at the AGM late last year.(I was there, along with at least 3 other posters on this thread).

If you can't figure it out, go buy something you're comfortable with.
