Not sure that I can agree with this comment.
As advised, there have been very positive developments on the fronts mentioned, not the least being 1) resolution and implementation of the excise situation 2) positive decision on the anti-dumping 3) clear up[take with regard to the NSW biodiesel position 4) definition of attractive long term feed stocks 5) substantial strengthening of the oil price partially off-set in Australia due to th $A
In addition to the above, there have been major positive actions by the large mining and transport companies with regard to the use of a non-mineral based diesel, primarily due to the long term projections.
