    At some stage they will need to do something in order to comply with ASX listing rules. Companies cant just sit there doing nothing.

    No, installing a phone doesnt qualify as something.

    Half yearly didnt enlighten. At least we can be reasonably sure that there was no new share placement, the time for doing so having expired.
