Some may argue the royal Commission makes it look 50 times worse then it really is and does not reflect reality, there is normally a solid reason why things were done the way they were, in front of the commission though you just take it, if you give the reason they will keep asking why and it may be used against you down the track which is why the responses are normally vague.
