I find the market uses it as a reason to send
Stock prices down.
RSG has gone from huge amount of cash
and could be in net debt soon .
You mention other goldies
Their costings and timelines
were set out before comenceing
and they have met in their
Now completed upgrades.
The only budgets RSG set
Have been hugely exceeded
last quarter alone had $112 million spent.
I know RSG pretty well
So I am always up for a trade
A bit risky leading into a likely poor quarter.
