What a great bargain..... currently trading on a PE of 8 (and a bit).
I too have topped up at these levels and put them in my super fund. With a yield of 8% + and the fruits of their labour (capex program) about to deliver results in the first half of 2015, this stock is a "no brainer".
Price target of $2+ within 3 - 6 months.
Mac Bank have a DCF valuation of $2.30 on them.... with a 10% discount, that's still a value of around $2.10 per share.
