it has retraced 61.8% from may02 lows to august02 highs today.. so it has held the trend in that sense with the 14 day rsi below 25.. your trade is going to be a typical oversold bouncer but how far is it going to bounce ? the price may only rise 2-5c then fall again. if it breaks 39c ..eek. it is in a downtrend and it is falling off a cliff -- make sure them stops are tight with Reasonable profit targets. good luck with the trade, merry christmas and all the best to you and yours.
