Here is the chart Ray, I've written GAP just to the right of the one at 13.5 and there is also a small one at 23.5.
As for the significance, well almost every time a gap is created it will be closed. It's a mixture of self fulfilling prophecy and coincidence imo.
Give people something to focus on and they will, like trends and support/resistance.
