Not disagreeing, but to me an income stream that will take 12 months to commence manifesting (if it actually comes to that) should not be thought of as a reason to pause on one's purchasing intentions. After all, year 1 income is just one small lump in the overall cumulative lumps that comprise a businesses life-cycle future income stream. And if we wait until it's imminent, then the market will already be anticipating it (and pricing it).
