Current charities (large) that lose say 40% of donation also keep 60%, and this is more to do with cost of outsourcing to a third party sales force, that in turn bring you in new donations.
The costs for handling/banking etc are negligible imo.
I do not quite understand how a payment collection app covers off any inherent cost needed to pay the saleforce?
Unless mgf replaces your third party sales force?
