oops. i'll try again. it is the charities that are effectively 'skimming' 40%. do they want to give this up? not likely. go through acu and they will lose another 15% on top of their internal 40%. why would they unless they believed that acu would be accessing a market that the charity themselves could not access. i'm not saying charitable organizations are italian but they are a well thought out, structured organization.
