FND EOY is 31 March, so their FY25 report is due end of May....

FND EOY is 31 March, so their FY25 report is due end of May. Last year the results came out around 20 May.

BUT, I'd expect other news to drop first, like;

• the RBI confirming FND use of the Tata white label - and maybe an update on how the franchise model may work and how FND plan to push it;
• Update on merchant sign up and how this fits in with the Tata purchase;
• Further acquisitions (that were expected by NS pre end of 2024 - so they must be getting close);
• Maybe an announcement re interchange fees and it's financial impact on FND revenues/bottom line.

Still plenty to look forward to (for us holders anyway), perhaps not for the matty777 and vini123's of the world.
