We had an incredible run and safe to say whoever was buying is now selling. Doesn't mean the company has imploded. As long as the drop isnt based on insider knowledge (and we have no reason to assume it is) its just market noise. The last report wasn't that bad, jeez, they reaffirmed guidance (and they haven't missed a target), its just going to be lopsided to second half and that started this ball rolling.
The same positive catalysts are on the horizon: Further acquisitions (without dillution), Findipay rapid growth, WLA income coming online, interchange fee increasing, and the main one, which forces the share price to anchor to a new value - listing on the BSE. I remind myself that Piramal invested at a valuation of $160m based on FY23 EBITDA and compare that to what FY26 EBITDA is expected to be and then I find it very hard to sell.
