No - i think if you are going to be a CEO of a publicly listed company, you better damn well perform for shareholders or feel the wrath Of holders with the AGM votes coming up.
You cant just blatantly lie to shareholders, buy your own company using holders money, give yourself a payrise and bonuses and expect everyone is going to be peachy with that, well maybe some are fine, but the majority find this disgraceful and unbecoming of a CEO.
