I don't think many holders are seeing that Limepay acquisition as "big new & shiny". SPX needed the resources to execute on the current Capricorn work ahead. Capricorn commercial rollout & investment is why I'm here & I'm sure the majority of holders. Likely if CR is required within the next 12 months you'd expect another CR involving further Capricorn investment. SPX IP is so crucial now to Capricorns future operations.
