And you are saying they know nothing at all about Spenda?
also the levels of roll outs and stages of what various solutions provided to stores would be at different take ups and implementations as how it read via Spenda.
So this could mean that store has not yet been done to all levels yet.
Perhaps what the front counter person gets is different access to the accounting service part based on what say head office wants or what the uptake of each franchise wants or has or as Spenda mentioned different bits get rolled out in stages.
what was the level of questions you asked the person?
they may not have an interest in there own store if they are not an owner vs a employee just taking a sale.
im going by trying to understand what the company says in reports yet no actually ringing shops to check.
that what you say would be a bit of a worry if zero stores know absolutely nothing at all ?.
Will you go ask Carpet Court more questions ? or just wait to see if next 4c reflects the stages of rolling out and thus an increase in revenue as more services get connected...
