It's pretty simple I think given the last few years, in my opinion..

Appstablishment and most of the product sets contained were vapourware, some were productionised.

What was eluded to holders and investors as being in place was not as ready to go as indicated and was more of concept or a proof of concept phase on the journey of the software. Then came CRO, more of the same pretty much and now SPX where the software actually exists and is Productionised and rolled out at scale (well slowly and behind schedule in most cases) but definitely more at scale than previous iterations and pitches to investors and holders.
