The last time the GOAT ( All hail!!) genuinely bought on market - (Imagine that, the GOAT BUYING on market!) - well, that is when I first bought CRO and got a ton of options and at the end of the day made a motza
So I will ask....what is your point? I mean why is it 'suddenly' an obstacle - If I saw the mandatory reports of insider buying (Such as last time back in the CRO days) today it would mean exactly the same (to me) As it did back then - and I mean actual buying, not voting extra shares into his bank for no more pain than his accountants fees, and a great signal that things - though unclear - are happening
