This topic has been discussed plenty of times before and what is included in the 4E accounts is based on what the applicable accounting standards require to be recorded with respect to share based payments. Had that acquisition been contracted within the 3 months prior to its final completion date, the number of shares to be issued would have been significantly less based on the prevailing SP at the time.
