This is diabolical.
There is no way one can spin this positively without giving up a boatload of integrity.
Shareholder wealth eroded consistently over the past few years, while the CEO gets testy during question time at webinars, and leans casually on one hip while downing a beer at investor roadshows.
BOD, at what point is accountability created? What governance procedures need to be either revised, adhered to or created to ensure the company’s owners are protected?
Shareholders, do not accept platitudes. The numbers are the numbers and once again they are revealing.
