Adrian said Capricorn is 100x Carpet Court. If it is only 10x like you're saying he's setting the market up for more disappointment. Why would he set up another overhang? Are they setting the SP up for a Capricorn takeover? Who bloody knows anymore....
Hope they release a much needed positive market sensitive announcement otherwise Spenda will be completely worthless. We've had nothing for over 6 months apart from the tick the box exercises.

When everything is bespoke it takes years to complete anything..... Too complex, too much time, too much cash burn
