Too many probably, and then as predicted by some the actual price paid was cheaper than voted on by holders and there was a seat on the board provided even though that wasn't part of the deal presented to holders and I was told wouldn't happen as their interest wasn't a high enough % - but sure enough by the time the actual deal was once finally done (late, as always) the price per share was discounted and a seat at the table.

That was one of 2 resolutions I voted yes on (the new guy needed some skin in the game also I thought at the time) if I had of known seat at the table my vote would have been different (not that it made would have made a difference) because at the time Agri was equally important to SPX and if CAP had a seat and Agri didn't I knew where resources would be diverted to if required and Agri overall has way more potential then the known numbers of Cap (there good) but the Ag industry is way bigger - but here we are beholden to our new master and they completely stuffed Ag by the looks - you dont get multiple shots at the title in that sector once you got a bad rep you're done.
