The more days go by, the more I’m thinking this is the strategy in play. They will buy SPX for a pittance once the share price goes to basically 0. Goat gets a pay day due to the sheer amount of shares he has and CAP gets the software for next to nothing and keeps everything in house.
As we all know, the name of the game here for GOAT is to extract as much money out of share holders as possible right up until it’s no longer possible due to the company flatlining. Capital raising into oblivion to fund his big pay rises and bonuses
