PPG is finally showing bottom line growth after some years of good top line growth. I expect this trend will continue now they have scale and highly experienced packaging management now running the show. If the first 4 months is indicative FY16 NPAT is heading for about $8.3m against $5.9m last FY.
It will be interesting to see if they continue the current small scale M & A or do a big bang play like merging with CKL or a large unlisted player. If the SP suddenly starts to move higher I think a big bang play is on the cards possibly using script and/or rights issue combined with debt, the PPG SP is easily 'managed' if you know what I mean!
