@vfrioni You could well be right but I have spoken to the CEO and I think it is very unlikely they will raise capital at these prices. A more likely option (provided they can do it) would be to sell off DWL, which is a good business, and build the cash reserves that way. The recapitalization process also involves looking to secure a traditional funding facility with a bank, something they haven't had in years, though the EFIC facility (in addition to their BIBBY facility) has had a positive impact.

So yes, maybe you'll be right, but my suspicion is we are more likely to see bank debt and selling off a business than a capital raising.
