Yeah, it's an interesting line in the half yearly without much context. I took it originally to mean a review of the various operational divisions of the company to attempt to maximise capitalisation of their IP and R&D. It could be through a cap raising, through a merger/acquisition, outsourcing sales processes or even selling parts of the business for the right price.
Regardless, if it was a cap raising I would not be opposed as long as retail investors were given a chance to add to their holdings and it was at the right price. It would give the company some working capital to expand production and sales, as well as adding liquidity to the stock. I think the day to day volatility is something that keeps a lot of people out. $10k can move it 5, 10 even 20% on day.
