The most worrying bit of the ann:
"The forecast half-year result will likely result in Savcor being in breach of two of its debt covenants. An event of breach provides Savcor’s bankers the right to call the Company’s debt facilities for repayment unless a waiver is granted."
This big drop buts it on the radar, but imo best to watch a bit longer.
