Most debt is to be converted to shares including some Diectors' fees. They have finance. If they go bust then they don't get paid. Why would they accept that, the directors that is? Why not walk away. It seems to me they are confident of producing something commercial as stated in the appendix 4c and response to it.
Worth a punt imo... Which is all it is.
