For all those lucky sods who bought mid to low 1.60's it certainly looks like ALL has bottomed.
With a forward PE of 9 with some analysts predicting 6.5!!
Investors will see the internal review due in a week or two and probably earnings forwcasts. It should go a long way to restoring confidence and see ALL trade on market multiples (at least 40% upside from here).
The chart shows a classic bottom in place, and $1.68 looks like forming a solid support.
