I agree with you Gharp. You can't get an estimate of the amount of gas down there until you know where the GWC is. My understanding is that they picked SW1 as the first well to be drilled on their, then, understanding that this well would intersect the deepest lower depth of the Kingia. At thar time, they knew the two way travel time of all of the seismic echoes but had to estimate (guess) the velocity structure of all of the layers above. It appears that they were wrong because SE2 and SE3 found water but SE1 didn't, but how would you know without doing what they did?
It will be interesting to see what their forward plans are. I see no reason, at this point in time, to write of SE.
