2 houses from alternate investment? That’s the ideas, the dreams. You have to go speculative to make it big. Dreams are free. But how many people can pull it off big? None. If you don’t make it, you lose it all in & goes back 10 steps in speculative investing. The rent is on going. It’s a lose-lose.
