IOCC is already owned by Rio. I reckon CIA would be a perfect fit. FMG has ambitions to be a green steel player. CiA is also a good fit for them.
CiA fits perfectly in the coming greensteel revolution. It has good reserves (FMG doesnt so CIA would help FMG with that) and a DR grade project which both Rio and FMG need. It is an obvious takeover target for both in my opinion.
