Like i said yesterday both sides of the market is being played by the acquirer. It really doesnt matter what price blackrock or acorn has paid. They are most likely agents for the acquirer and will get a premium for their work as arbitrageurs. Todays market looks like the acquirer is almost done. All the so called support on the buy side(props) have been exhausted. As i said yesterday be very careful that they havent already street sweeped up to 90% otherwise you may be forced to tender your shares even if you dont want to. Not many stock outstanding and thus if your not strong enough to stay in the game the very illiquid market may force you to sell at a fire sale price. Good luck holders
