As a foreign investor, I would have dived in to top up at these prices. Now I don't know if I'm crazy holding onto what I have.

Maybe I'm just a molecule in the sea of investors trying to make sense this latest tax move, but I don't think I'm the only molecule with this dilemma.

I don't think that we have the same feel as local people have of how this tax debacle is likely to play out, but I'm pretty confident that it has set the cat among the pigeons.
