In the recent correction the Nasdaq pulled back to its breakout point of 2230-2240 and the Dow has been trading sideways just below its breakout point. It is likely that the markets will bottom late today and break up out of this trading range starting by Friday. Optimum buy targets today would be Nasdaq 2226-2235, Dow 10680-10730 and S&P 500 1245-1253. However, if the Nasdaq breaks below 2225, then the odds would shift towards a further correction.
