The US shareholding is a legacy of its previous incarnation as a tech deal in 2000, where a large number of retail traders bought in and held the stock till now. Something lik 40% of the register is in the USA and it usually is very sticky 9ie you dont see much selling from it). In fact the usual thnig that has happened in CVI is when the aussie market runs the yanks jump on and take it higher. So I am cautiously optimistic that we are about to see a similar style rally, as CVI is a tiny market cap and will respond to any new buying.
