It should be the bottom as I reluctantly had to sell some shares (less than 15% of my holding) to rebalance my portfolio (SLR accounted for over 85% of my holding). It always happens... I pick bottom price to sell.
Maybe that is what I should do to get the shares up....and btw those who own PRU, be careful... I replaced SLR with PRU
